Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial grade cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Everything! Our items are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of tents, tables, and chairs at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Most of our rental items can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed.  We prefer to set our tents up on grass surfaces since we utilize long steel stakes.  Please contact us if planning to set up a tent on a surface other than grass.

We will contact you a few days before your event to make sure set up is well before the start of your event.  We prefer to install tents 1-2 days before, weather dependent. 

Tents, sidewalls, and tent lighting:

  • Set up and tear down is included

Tables and chairs:

  • Set up and tear down is not included
  • Tables and chairs will be placed in a designated area or under the tent (with tent rental)
  • After event, chairs must be stacked on dollies the same way they were delivered 
*If set up of tables and chairs is desired, an additional charge will be assessed to invoice. Please contact us for pricing.

Cancelling more than 7 days before event:

-Full refund (minus 5% processing fee)

-Minimum payment may be used towards a future event if desired.


Cancelling less than 7 days before event:

-Minimum payment retained by RVTE and can be used towards a future event within 1 year of original event date. If not used after 1 year, minimum payment will be forfeited


Cancelling after set-up has begun: 

-No refund given

We highly recommend opting for the damage waiver, as it provides you with protection against any accidental damage caused by your guests during the duration of your equipment rental. We understand that accidents can occur, and this waiver ensures that you won’t be held responsible for such damages. It’s important to note, however, that the damage waiver does not cover instances of theft or intentional damage.

  • Please have all lawn care completed at least a day prior to delivery (including the removal of any animal waste).
  •  Make sure event area is clear of obstructions to allow underground utilities to be marked approximately 2-3 days before event.  RVTE will be notify you when 811 (JULIE) is expected to be onsite to perform underground utility markings.
